Beaumont is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Beaumont follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was a patient there for about 6 months. The staff was rude on several occasions. On one occasion I had a telephone visit scheduled and no one ever called. I had to go 3 days without medication. They apologize and said they got really busy. On another occasion I was taken back into the examining room while I waited for over an hour. The doctor said someone failed to show up so they were busy. I called to get a referral to another doctor the other day and was told I had to make an appointment and come in, unless I was friends with the doctor. She said she would check to see if they would do the referral without me coming in and call me back. Of course, never got the call.

Had the worst experience yesterday as a new patient. As I arrived to my appointment on time,I notice the receptionist was looking at me as if I didn't belong there. I do know I'm a person of color, but because the color of my skin doesn't make me different from the next person. She also took my information, and ask that I send over id cards. Mind you, I sent over the cards and upon checking with her to see if she received them, she ask me if I was a new patient. It was only three people in the lobby for her not to forget, that I was a new patient. I rescheduled the appointment, but I will not be returning. I will most definitely find somewhere else to go, cause the energy here is very unsettling!!!

Kelsie Gilley is amazing. Front desk ladies were very rude for my first visit, and the Telehealth system is horrible. They don't tell you that you have to call and pay before the doctor will reach out to you, so you sit in a Zoom meeting for 30 minutes to an hour that nobody is ever going to join. Ridiculous.

I went for Daxxify (forehead and lip). I have used Botox, Dysport, and Xemen before, but this was my first time with Daxxify. I like how I can move my facial muscles more, and see results right away. I really love my lip flip- 4 injections into top lip. I have more of a Cupid’s bow and volume now. The staff were so lovely! Thank you Kim, Kathy, and Hunter for making me feel so welcome and at ease! You guys are the best, and I will definitely be back!!!!❤️

I would strongly advise anyone with a family—especially a spouse seeking care—to think twice before coming here. What should have been a place of reassurance, professionalism, and compassionate care instead became a source of stress, confusion, and unnecessary financial strain. From the very beginning, it felt less like patient-centered care and more like a transactional process designed to extract money first and address concerns later—if at all. Appointments were rushed, communication was unclear, and instead of easing worries, the experience magnified them. Watching my wife leave appointments more anxious than when she arrived was deeply upsetting. No family should have to endure that when they are already navigating vulnerable moments. The emotional toll was just as heavy as the financial one. There was a clear lack of empathy, follow-through, and accountability—qualities that are absolutely essential in any healthcare setting. Rather than feeling supported, we felt dismissed and left to question whether our concerns truly mattered. Healthcare should bring peace of mind, not sleepless nights and mounting frustration. Unfortunately, our experience at Texas Center for Health d

I had a very good experience with Dr. Ziworitin. He performed a successful procedure in removing a large cyst attached to my ovary. I had no complications and I have no complaints! Lol! Very professional and great bedside manner. The nurses are all friendly too. I’d recommend this office and doctor.

My wife and I had an absolutely terrible experience at this office. Dr. Iyamu’s bedside manner was shockingly bad and completely unprofessional. She came across as dismissive, rude, and lacking even the most basic level of compassion for her patients. It was honestly one of the worst interactions we have ever had with a medical professional. A doctor should make patients feel heard and cared for, but our experience was the exact opposite. In addition, we were owed a refund after overpaying for services. We contacted the office in January and were told the refund would be processed within two to three weeks. It has now been over three months, and we still have not received it. We have attempted to follow up multiple times, but each time we are given another delay or no clear answer. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to return the overpayment is very concerning. If this matter is not resolved soon, we will have no choice but to pursue further action. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this office.

This was the worst experience I ever had in healthcare. I don’t not recommend this place for anyone. The attitudes are unnecessary. Not just from one person but everyone from the Receptionist to the nurse. Iam 4months pregnant and only seen my doctor twice you would think since I was labeled as high risk I would see him more. Not to mention the loops I had to go through just to get some prenatal vitamins. They also couldn’t explain why when one nurse takes my blood pressure it’s high but then when I get to the back a different nurse takes my blood pressures it’s low. This is all in the same appointment then when I raise a concerned about it they tell me oh it’s nothing. The lady was more concerned bout me recording my baby heartbeat then why my blood pressure was high. So while recording the ceiling just to hear my baby heartbeat the caucasian nurse seem to be fine with it and didn’t tell me anything. Then left out the room to send a black nurse saying to tell me I can’t record like why are you just didn’t tell me that in the beginning and why you had to send a black person in like was she scared? I don’t understand and I won’t try and understand but what I do know it will always
